This project focuses on the simulation of an Infrared (IR) sensor using heat transfer principles. Infrared sensors detect heat emitted by objects. In this simulation, a hot object and a sensor surface are modeled in an air domain. The temperature difference between the object and the sensor is analyzed to understand heat transfer. This represents the working principle of an infrared sensor.
