Design a latch plate and a buckle including a button, a latch pawl, a spring and the body of the buckle for automotive seatbelt. The seatbelt is supposed to have complied with the NHTSA FMVSS208 standard, i.e., it should hold a tension force of at least 6000 pounds, This is based on NHTSA crash test.
