Previous mesh element count was too large for Paraview to process. Simplifications: - max elements in x reduced to 40, to 10 in y and z - diffuser refinement: min level reduced to 5 rather than 6 - feature refinement: still level 7 for 0.001m, now level 5 for 0.005m
