This project aims to perform a CFD analysis of a single rotor (propeller) from the HYDRA Octocopter to extract aerodynamic performance data. The main objective is to generate lift and drag polars (Cl & Cd vs AoA) and evaluate thrust, drag, and torque for different angles of attack using steady-state incompressible fluid flow simulation. Simulation will be carried out with rotating reference frame (MRF) around the propeller using air as the working fluid at standard atmospheric conditions.
