In response to the very large simulation time and problems with large meshes, I have simplified the model, Heater Box - Full Setup, to have two symmetry surfaces and removed the back portion of the heater box. I removed the back portion since it had relatively low pressure drop and is assumed to be mostly uniform or at the very least, symmetrical, up until that point.
