In this project, a linear stress analysis of scooter frame is made for a 70 kg person by using simscale workbench. A simplified Cad model of a scooter is used for the analysis which was prepared by me using CATIA in accordance withe real dimensions. The material of the scooter is chosen as 7075 aluminium alloy.
