Comparison of two different cold plate designs for a power electronics enclosure cover. The coolant temperature and supply rate are the same for both designs. The trade off in such a design is higher pressure drop vs. more effective cooling. We compare 2 different versions: A big coolant channel with a version with many pins that drive a more distributed coolant flow. - Copy
