The goal of this project is to design an energy-efficient technology center that functions as an "innovation farm"—a space where research, development, and production coexist in an integrated architectural system. The primary objective is to optimize natural ventilation and wind performance through strategic building form and orientation, minimizing energy consumption and enhancing user comfort. To achieve this, an external aerodynamics simulation using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) will be performed. The project will analyze wind flow patterns around the building, identify optimal zones for air intake and exhaust, and evaluate potential locations for small-scale wind turbines. The simulation results will directly inform key design decisions related to facade openings, green skin systems, and passive cooling strategies, ensuring a strong alignment between architectural form and environmental performance.
