Conjugate Heat Transfer (CHT) simulation of a modified conventional LPG gas oven used to thermoform acrylic windshield products. The study evaluates internal air temperature distribution and temperature uniformity (TUI) across a single 53° tilted rack with 8 slots, operating at 150–155 °C. Heat is supplied by top and bottom gas burners (~0.95 kW each) with natural convection and thermal radiation. Goal: verify the modified design achieves uniform heating (TUI ≤ 5 °C) and capacity ≥ 8 units per cycle.
