This project focuses on the static structural analysis of a thin-walled cylindrical pressure vessel subjected to internal pressure using the Finite Element Method (FEM). Pressure vessels are critical components in aerospace, mechanical, and energy systems, where they are used to store fluids under high pressure. In this study, a hollow cylindrical vessel is modeled and subjected to uniform internal pressure. The objective is to evaluate stress distribution, deformation characteristics, and overall structural safety of the vessel. The simulation results are compared with analytical thin-wall pressure vessel theory to validate accuracy.
