Tools Utilized: CATIA V5 for CAD Modeling and Assembly, Photo Rendering Software for Visualization Core Functions: Parametric Design, Assembly Modeling, Mechanism Simulation, Material Optimization, and Photo-Realistic Rendering Description: Engineered a detailed 3D design and assembly of a manual gearbox inner mechanism, emphasizing precision in component interaction and functional efficiency. This project entailed the parametric modeling of key elements, including gears, shafts, bearings, and synchronizers, to ensure seamless engagement and torque transmission. The assembly process incorporated kinematic simulations to evaluate the mechanism's operational integrity, verifying gear shifting accuracy and load distribution under varying conditions. Material selection was optimized to enhance durability while minimizing weight, adhering to performance and manufacturability constraints. Advanced photo rendering techniques were applied to create realistic visualizations of the assembled gearbox, effectively demonstrating its aesthetic and functional attributes. The final design achieved a balance between engineering excellence and visual presentation, aligning with industry standards.
