"Create a 3D CAD model of a scaled-down regenerative suspension prototype. The design should include: A miniature shock absorber (length ~80–100 mm, diameter ~20–25 mm) with a steel outer cylinder, functioning like a real damper. A piston rod inside the damper, with a cylindrical neodymium magnet (25 mm × 15 mm) mounted securely to it. The magnet should move vertically with the piston stroke. A copper coil (0.5 mm wire, 600–900 turns) wrapped around the outer section of the steel damper housing, positioned so the magnet moves inside the coil’s effective field. A spring element (mini helical spring) integrated above or around the piston rod to represent standard suspension function Two wire terminals extending from the coil to allow measurement of induced voltage. Provide both a functional view (assembled suspension unit) and an exploded view showing piston rod, magnet, spring, coil, and housing separately, with labels. The design should resemble a working suspension shock absorber with an integrated regenerative coil system, manufacturable with steel/aluminum parts, spring steel, and copper wire."
