A Wheel Turbine is a new type of turbine, which has blades along either the inside diameter or the outside diameter of a circle and that rotates freely along a circular track similar to railroad tracks with double flanges. The goal or purpose of the simulation is to begin to test this new kind of turbine, in order to determine the best designs and applications in propulsion, power, cooling and mixing.
