This project aims to analyze the springback behavior in sheet metal forming by comparing different materials (Aluminum, Steel, and Copper). A 3D bending model is used to simulate the deformation process and evaluate the effect of material properties on dimensional accuracy. The study also proposes an adaptive overbending compensation approach to improve forming precision.
