The goal is to analyze the airflow and temperature distribution inside a cylindrical solar dehydrator to improve drying efficiency of fruits and vegetables using natural convection and solar heat. I will use Conjugate Heat Transfer (CHT) or Convective Heat Transfer simulation to study: Temperature rise inside the chamber Natural/forced airflow via ventilation Effectiveness of mesh trays in distributing heat This project involves a 3D model of a cylindrical solar dehydrator with: Three internal mesh trays Ventilation holes for air circulation A temperature control unit box The simulation will help identify heat zones, airflow paths, and possible design improvements for better drying uniformity. This analysis supports my final year Chemical Engineering project.
