Project Overview This project aims to perform a comprehensive thermomechanical finite element analysis (FEA) of the SASH-REVOLUTION Generation 3.1 drill bit head. The design integrates multiple advanced technologies including high-temperature sensors, onboard AI, resonance sweeping system, and a floating electronics capsule to withstand the extreme conditions of the Arabian Shield (temperatures up to 750°C, severe abrasive wear, and high stick-slip vibrations). The primary goal of this simulation is to validate the structural integrity, evaluate the effectiveness of the thermal expansion mitigation strategies, and ensure that the sensitive electronics remain protected under operational conditions.
