This project is related to the conservation of wasted heat from vehicle exhaust to generate electricity. The concept is by using a thermoelectric cell which is the direct conversion of thermal energy into electrical energy. To realize this project, the concept and method for recovering the thermal energy from car exhaust must be designed using CFD software. The 3D designed system needs to be simulated to determine the amount of energy recovery and power generation. The simulation results have to be validated using experimental data gathered by previous researchers to ensure the reliability of the CFD study.
