The MRT-6 line runs through a major spine
of Dhaka starting from Uttara City through
Farmgate and ending in Motijhil City. It is
closely located to national parliament
building by Louis I Kahn. A historical site
with highly congested traffic routes and in
scarcity of green spaces. The proposed site
is as well one of the only green spaces of
farmgate. The thesis attempts to highlight
a new typology in Dhaka which will
combine the bus station, MRT line,
commercial with other public facilities.
