This project focuses on vibration-based fault detection in rotating machinery using Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINN). A modal analysis is performed to determine the natural frequencies of a simplified bearing system. The simulation results are used to estimate system stiffness and validate the PINN model trained on vibration signals. The goal is to identify faults such as inner race, outer race, and ball defects through frequency-domain analysis.
