1. Project Goal: The primary goal of this project is to analyze the structural behavior of a bearing bracket under mechanical loading using the Finite Element Method (FEM). The analysis focuses on both linear and non-linear static simulations to understand stress distribution, deformation, and potential failure points. This includes evaluating how the bracket performs under realistic loading conditions, capturing material non-linearities (if applicable), and comparing the outcomes of linear vs. non-linear approaches. Post-processing will be used to visualize and interpret results effectively, guiding design improvements and validating the bracket's structural integrity. 2. Simulation Type: Static Structural Analysis Linear Static Analysis: To assume small deformations and linear material behavior. Non-Linear Static Analysis: To account for large deformations, contact, or material non-linearities. Post-Processing: To visualize stress contours, deformation, safety factors, and other key metrics for performance evaluation.
