Hospital Tuanku Jaafar, Seremban have 17 total of existing unit of operation theatre located in different building with different of cases taken into the room such as orthopaedics or trauma, obstetrics and gynaecology, eye surgery and any general cases of surgery would happening in that room. 1 of them was condemned with all related equipment and accessories built inside due to unsatisfactory result generated for microbial count by doing air sampling from Infection Control team, HTJ. This room currently used as Haemodialysis storage room which located beside its ward and procedure area at level 1 block C main building of HTJ. On 2011, by refer to Master Agreed Procedure (MAP), FMS 019 that mention the need of condition appraisal report advisory and Concession Company on that time was prepared their Condition Appraisal report to acknowledged all parties as engineering technical advisory for all related assets in that operation theatre. It is including ACMV system, Autoclave and washer sterilization system, Interruptible Power supply system, operation lighting, and all accessories or furniture cabinet in the room by refer their asset life span analysis and beyond economical repair analysis. Obstetrics and Gynaecology department is the owner of that operation theatre was agreed to condemn the room and move their cases into other operation theatre as long as the room need rectify all related causes so that all parameter comply with its standard and compliances.
