The goalmis to obtain water tight consrtruction of sensor in given pressure and temperature conditions. We would like to have FEM< analysis. Silicone hose is pushed on a quartz cuvette and fixed by two body details (top and bottom). Body details have teeth (two on each side). Teeth width is 0,5 mm and are pushed into silicone 0,5mm. Body details are tightened nby 4 self tapping screws 2,2x9.5 DIN 7961. Cuvette material is quartz. o.d. 10mm wall thickness 1mm Solicone tube i.d. 3,2mm wall thickness 3,2mm, Shore 60. body details material is PC/ABS engineering Resin PULSE A35-105. Inside water flow, pressure 1 bar, max pressure 2 bars. Water temperature 40C, Max water temperature 95C (20 perc ent timing) Ambuent temperature 60C max.
