This project implements a BIM-based digital framework to optimize the environmental performance and construction planning of the SMIU Karachi Campus. By integrating a detailed LOD 350 model with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), the study evaluates airflow patterns, thermal comfort, and ventilation efficiency. Additionally, it incorporates 4D BIM construction sequencing to provide a visual, data-driven timeline for improved project management and logistical planning.
