In this analysis we are interested in calculating the temperature distribution in a assembly of different materials, and also how long a specific point takes to reach a certain temperature

Verify the steady state temperature of the heat break  to avoid heat creep which causes filament expansion and jam.

Here I'm going to use conjugate heat transfer to simulate the  heat flow between strips of Nichrome  80/20 and a 300x300x3mm aluminum sheet and then calculate the convection heat transfer from the Al sheet to the air.
