you are to use Finite Element Simulation software to create 3-D mesh(s), define appropriate simulation, loading conditions and constraints, and specify relevant material properties. The plastic clip material can be either Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) plastic or PVC (you will need to research & find material properties). Apply a suitable load force to allow a displacement greater than 5mm. Analyse using your own appropriate boundary conditions, to calculate the maximum allowable displacement before permanent deformation (plastic region), using both a linear solver & non -linear static
