I’ve recreated the steps explained by Ricardo and it still give me the same warning. I’ve also completed my simulation setup so I’m not sure where the problem is.

No worries, you are getting warned to finish the simulation setup before you create the mesh, so the physics are taken into consideration:
The issue here is that you set the MRF region as air in the material assignment, If your remove this , you will be able to generate the mesh without warning.
