The main chamber of the device undergoes compression. Exhaust channels have been designed within the device allowing gas to escape.

Hence, pressure inlet (~125kPa) and pressure outlet (atmospheric pressure).

The solver unfortunately stops, indicating that the " Velocity field started diverging to a value of x m/s near the position: [(x, x, x)]. Please check the mesh quality near the reported location and try refining the mesh. If the problem occured near a boundary, please check the boundary conditions. In case of doubt, please ask for assistance via our support chat.".

The “x” values seem to differ with each simulation run/iteration.








I have tried to increase the mesh quality, latest simulation run/iteration was performed with a standard, automatic, fineness 9 mesh quality with no success.

Note that the issue is more often than not with the CAD model, and not with the mesh.
