I tried meshing this in ANSYS and it worked but i have having some error in simulations. So is there any way to import mesh from ANSYS?

Mesh for CHT simulation are specific and some modification are done to be used in SimScale. In general for CFD simulation (except CHT) it is possible to use mesh from any other tool, if it can be exported to run OpenFOAM simulation on or in UNV format.
