If a geometry like flange for mechanical transmition of power have moment, i need apply the total moment or the total moment/2?

we need divide the force case, but in the moment case? what i will do?

in the end the moments come down to nodal forces anyways and are also expressed in a total value. So yes, also for moments you should divide the total value by 2 to account for symmetry, contrary to a pressure for example, which is a quantity expressed in a value per area and remains constant for symmetry.
