I just took a brief look at the setup. Two things that I noticed:

  1. You might want to throw in a bunch of more cells as the region around the outlet is not very well resolved:

You could either do that simply by increasing the fineness to 4 / fine or you go with the parametric hex-dominant that will give you even more refinement options to drive a refinement locally

  1. You’re simulating air at very low velocity, so it’s totally valid to simulate this incompressible. Up to a Mach number of 0.3 the incompressibility assumption is valid. So just change the analysis type to “incompressible”. This will not just speed up the simulation significantly but also increase the robustness of the run.
