# Simulation run disappeared after closing the page

Hi everyone,

I am working on a project involving a coupled system (specifically a tank draining through a bottom pipe). I received help from the SimScale support team to set up a multi-purpose simulation which they shared.

The simulation finished successfully, and I was able to view the results once. However, after I closed the webpage and returned later, the simulation run was no longer visible.

Does anyone know what might have happened or how to retrieve it? Since I am on the Academic Program, I do not have access to run new multi-purpose simulations, so I cannot simply re-run it.
