This is my hvac design which I am trying to simulate. I just want a simple simulation of the duct design. Im not that good with the modeling , please help me

In convective heat transfer simulations, only the flow domain should be present. This is achieved by extracting the fluid region from the inside of the model/room. You can do this in CAD mode before setting your simulation and creating the mesh: CAD Mode | CAD Preparation & Upload | SimScale

Keep in mind that the walls of the model should be merged together. You can find an example of a properly extracted flow region used for a convective heat transfer analysis here:
