Simulation in new beta version is not working

hi!
I got a problem for opening simulation in new beta version.
Every link I made before, isn’t working on new beta interface. Really I waited all day long for loading.
However Legacy interface is okay.

Honestly, when I first made it, I can use it all times…
I really want to use New beta interface again. What should I do??

HI there, this is Fillia, have you encountered this issue before?

Please try the following:

  1. Refresh the page a couple of times;
  2. Log out and in again.

If the issue persists:

  1. Make sure that this issue exists regardless of the project you are trying to post-process;
  2. Clear your cache memory;
  3. Switch browser (if you are using Chrome, switch to Mozilla, or vice versa ).

Further actions:

  1. Try another device;
  2. Open this page, screenshot your results and send them here: SimScale Compatibility Test Page .
