Attempting to see flow in a manifold but Simulation run results in an error.

Thanks for posting your question!
I see that the problem is with your mesh in “flange” region as shown down below.
Just increasing the Fineness parameter to 7 must be enough to improve the mesh quality and then finish the simulation. Please try that, rerun your mesh and then your simulation, pretty straightforward
