Could i please get some advice on rotating walls as a boundary conditions am struggle to make it work. Thanks

so i am moddeling a hydro electric turbine and need the blades to have a wall boundry conditions but a rotating one as they are moving

Alright,
since you already apply a rotating zone to the blades,
an extra boundary condition is not necessary.
This is also the right approach for the turbine. You would only use a rotating wall, for something like a tire or a ball.
