I managed to look in to your project. I also copied it and made a mesh with moderate settings. The mesher meshed it, but I have some suggestions before you proceed setting up your simulation (I am not exactly sure what kind of analysis you are looking for. Therefore, I am explaining these points based on structural or thermomechanical analysis. If you need to do fluid flow analysis, please do let me know)
Your four legs of the PV I think should be the part of the stand with same material property. If this is the case, than you can simply merge those solids to make a single stand. Figure below shows the exact merge able regions I am talking about. Following this try to also merge those solids which will have same material. Doing this you can avoid giving bonded contacts between them. This forum post explains how to easily do this.
You are also having a small fan inside your geometry as shown in figure below. For structural or thermal analysis, you can remove it. But you know better if you want to keep it for the analysis or not.
Hope this helps. Of coarse you are very welcome to ask for help even with simulation setup. I would be glad to help you out. Until than Happy Simulating!
