SimScalers,

new and improved features were just added to the SimScale platform. Read the detailed release notes in this blog post: https://www.simscale.com/blog/blog/2015/10/simscale-platform-update-102015/

A few highlights:

  • Two new solid body motions for the simulation of floating bodies within free surface flows

  • New boundary conditions and result control items for thermal simulations

Wow! This is great and very useful. What about CHT? Is is possible to simulate a forced convection in the new platform?

CHT is not yet available but we’re getting closer - hang in there :smile:!
