I am working on a project where I am trying to simulate the fuel sloshing effects in a fuel tank.
But I am getting an error saying the phase fraction is out of bounds. I tried changing the mesh and the time steps but still the same.

Some other times, it says that the solution diverged.

My general recommendation in this case is to take an example from the public projects library and reverse engineer that, the error message also states that the reason for your simulation to fail might be the mesh quality, CFL condition being violated or the numerical schemes being not appropriate.
One sloshing example would be here: SimScale - my colleague @1318980 has also one or two sloshing problems on his dashboard if I am not mistaken and also took the solid body motion approach.
