I am having trouble meshing my model, the error is due to intersecting faces however I am not sure how to fix this. I have tried using a couple of region refinements but this hasn’t resolved the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

I had a look at your project and you can find the location of the self-interesting faces at the end of your meshing log here:
You can create a new Point geometry primitive and input the location of the meshing log.
It’s sees like the issue is at the trailing edge of the back fin of your rocket.
Please inspect your .stl file at that location in your CAD tool.
