Hi @TAWAKOL!

Sometimes this message can be neglected and you may proceed with the meshing process. What you can do is to share your project with us to have a closer look at it.

Best,

Jousef

This is the project, and the error can not be neglected.

Thanks for you attention.

Hi @TAWAKOL

There you go: https://www.simscale.com/projects/jousefm/meshing_problem/

I imported the part to Onshape and exported it as STL then simply re-uploaded to the platform, done. Let me know if there are any further questions.

Best,

Jousef

Thanks a lot @jousefm , it works.

in fact i am still having another problem in boundary conditions while selecting faces,
it’s just select the whole body in stead of faces.

Hi @TAWAKOL,

If you allow me, you can create a split operation for your stl geometry to finally be able to select other faces.
1 - click on the 3 points beside the geometry’s name then choose Add geometry operation:
1

2 - Select Surface splitting (STL only)
2

3 - Put 30 degrees in the box then click Start
3

4 - You can select some faces when it finish

Please let us know if you have more questions.

Cheers,

Vinícius
