I am getting this message for the mesh. I have run similar CADs on the same settings earlier which worked fine but am facing issues now. I tried increasing the refinements but to not avail. Increasing further will just increase the use of cores and time required.
Can you please suggest how I should proceed with?

I see that you haven’t created the bounding box and flow volume before generating the mesh. Although this is an acceptable approach for hex parametric mesh settings, it’s quite possible to face with more errors.
So I’d recommend you to create an external flow region, and then proceed to generate the mesh. This tutorial and this documentation may be helpful for your application.
