Hi,

I would like to know if there is a feature in SimScale that allows the user to find distances in their model in the post-processor? For example, if there is an increase in velocity or temperature away from a wall in a HVAC simulation, is there a way for the user to find out what that specific distance from the wall is? I guess one could make an educated guess on the distance, but just curious if there is a more accurate way.

Thanks!

Hi @ecd002 ,

That’s a very good point - and it’s also a functionality that is on the radar. Please, feel free to add a note about it in the public roadmap page ([here](https://roadmap.simscale.com/tabs/2-under-consideration)).

Feedback/suggestions from users are always taken into account when developing new features, so any input is appreciated!

Cheers
