Looking for tutorial of vortex shedding

There is a project of vortex shading of a tall building as shown below; however, as a beginner, I found some difficulties to follow the project.
Is there a tutorial of a similar project explaining the steps of its set-up, please?

Since this is a compressible transient simulation, you can first check here, how a general setup of such a simulation is performed here.

When you have a look at the project , the simulation tree on the left is also a “step-by-step” guide. So following this, from the top to the bottom, can also give you an idea on how to set up such a simulation.
