I’m new to analysis, I’ve set contacts, material properties, boundary conditions and finished meshing on my geometry but run into simulation errors even before the the process hits the run time limit (30000s), so I know its not computation bottleneck as I’ve even tried reducing mesh fineness to 3.5. how do I fix it?

Just had a look. The complexity of the model is increased due to all those “fins”. There are even parts that are intersecting, which should not happen:
Please try to simplify your model before you create a mesh. Here is a helpful guide to use as a reference: CAD Mode | CAD Preparation & Upload | SimScale
