Whenever this issue happens, the usual troubleshooting steps are given in this article.
From your particular project, we have 4 different divergence points.
By inspecting the location of these points, notice that all of them are located at the trailing edge of the rotating blades:
This is naturally not happening by a coincidence. For each of the blades, there is a very small face without any refinement on the trailing edge which is causing issues.
As the article mentions, the options here are twofold:
- Change the mesh settings around this region (e.g. by applying a local refinements)
- Try to make changes in the CAD model (e.g. by making the trailing edge blunt, instead of having a very small radius).
