Hello!

The formulae are posted in this [forum thread](https://www.simscale.com/forum/t/what-is-y-yplus/82394) - there you will also find links to calculators available online.

As a general recommendation, I’d suggest that you make your own spreadsheet. [This](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fJDYtEGMgzs&ab_channel=FluidMechanics101) YouTube video is also a very good starting point.
