I had a look at your simulation setup and there might be some hints that could help you completing it. I assume that you want to run an external flow simulation around your pipe geometry (without the plate). The easiest way to set this up is to provide a velocity inlet boundary condition (at your inlet set), a pressure outlet bc (at your outlet set), slip walls for the bounding box faces and a no-slip wall for the pipe (this is assumed as default if you do not provide any bc on a face) for the rest. I did a quick example setup (steady-state) here: https://www.simscale.com/projects/afischer/heatpipe. There I also added one symmetry bc as your pipe is only covered approximately half, so assumed this to be on purpose.
