Geometry does not split into faces

Greetings

What can be the reason for my geometry not being able to be split into faces? I’ve tried mesh operations with a couple of numbers but none have worked. Is there any way to create velocity inlet and pressure outlet?

Can you try exporting your CAD model to .step or parasolid?

I’m doing a lot of mesh cleaning up in Windows 10 3D Builder and Blender to make my mesh manifold so I don’t think I can export to .step or parasolid.
