Flow volume extraction of a pipe

Hi all,
I’d like to simulate the fluid flow in this perforated pipe.
I can’t seem to carry out a successful “void fill” function of this CAD drawing I made:

Hello!

I was able to perform the flow volume extraction by using the Edit CAD mode, have a look here:

Also, I suggest you to extend the inlets and outlets some diameters in length to stabilize the flow and help the solver. You will also find an example where I did it also with the CAD Edit mode.
