Nice model @ritvizdrz!

You can cut the fidget spinner in half as well as use 120° of the geometry in circumferential direction and use the cyclic boundary condition if you like. Let me know if you need any further help with it!

I needed help in applying the material to the model as when I am selecting the model individual faces are being selected instead of complete cad model and there are lot many faces so how do I proceed ?

Hi @ritvizdrz!

From what I can see you have just selected the faces inside the mesher which is not the material definition. I accidentally assumed that you want to perform a static analysis. In the case of a flow analysis considering a turning fidget spinner you keep the whole geometry but enclose it with a cylinder to define a MRF zone which basically means that it is not the mesh that is moving but the fluid around your component.
